Welcome!

In order to ensure a pleasant stay and eliminate possible misunderstandings, please familiarize yourself with the house rules. When confirming the reservation, it is understood that you are familiar with and agree to the house rules and that you will fully comply with them. Failure to comply with the house rules may result in the cancellation of the reservation and the charging of the full price of the stay, regardless of forced early departure.

Observing the House Rules is something that is expected of every guest.

 

PERSONAL DOCUMENTS AND DEPOSIT

When arriving at the accommodation facility, guests are required to hand over personal documents (passports or ID cards) of all guests who will be staying in the house or submit photos of them via message or e-mail to the owner of the facility in order to register the guest’s stay with the Tourist Board. Personal documents will be returned within 24 hours at the latest. The damage deposit is EUR 500.00 and is paid in cash on the day of arrival, and if there is no damage, it will be returned to the guests on the day of departure.

 

GUEST REGISTRATION

The host is obliged to register your stay as regulated by his obligations to the competent state bodies of the Republic of Croatia, the Residence Tax Act and the Act on the Residence of Foreigners.

 

RESIDENCE APPLICATION COSTS

You pay the accommodation rental costs personally to the host or to the platform through which the reservation was made if the vacation home was booked through the same. Payment is made in euros according to the valid and certified price list of services for the current year, which is displayed in the accommodation unit, i.e. reduced by the promotional price if it exists.

 

MAINTAINING CLEANLINESS AND HYGIENE IN THE HOUSE

Included in the price are towels, bed linen, kitchen towels, toilet paper, hygiene items, house slippers, means for cleaning and washing dishes and clothes. Bed linen is changed with each shift of guests. Guests who stay more than 7 days are given clean bed linen every 7 days, and they change it themselves or, with prior agreement, the host does it for them. Each guest has one large and one small towel available. A sufficient amount of towels is in the guest’s room within the accommodation unit. Leave used towels in the basket in the laundry room so that the host can give them to be washed.

During the use of the holiday home, you are obliged to maintain hygiene and cleanliness yourself, sort household waste and dispose of it in the designated place. Trash cans are located in the yard near the parking lot. The host is not obliged to clean and tidy up.

We ask our guests to take care of the environment and the rented furniture secret unit and to treat the furniture and equipment in the interior and exterior of the house with consideration.

 

HOST’S ENTRY INTO THE HOUSE

The host has no right to enter the rented holiday home without notice and permission or in the guest’s absence, nor to touch and use the guest’s personal property. The host can enter the facility without the presence of the guest only in cases where he has a reasonable suspicion that the facility or the guest’s property is threatened and when he has a reasonable suspicion of a gross violation of the rules of the house. The owner is obliged to inform the guests about his entry at the first subsequent contact. In case of justified suspicion of the host about the damage committed and justified suspicion of violation of the rules of the house, the guests are obliged to allow him to enter the accommodation unit for verification.

 

INFORMATION AND ASSISTANCE TO THE GUEST

During your stay, the host is at your service for all information and necessary assistance. The host is not obligated or responsible for organizing free time or for entertaining the guest.

 

GUEST PROPERTY

Guests are asked to take care of their belongings and valuables left in the accommodation unit, as the host is not responsible for their eventual disappearance. The host will do everything in his power to protect it and warn the guest about possible dangers. Also, guests are asked not to leave valuables in their cars. There are 4 safes in the house for storing valuable things, for which the host is not responsible.

 

PETS

Bringing pets (dogs, cats, birds, etc.) into the house is not allowed without the prior consent of the host. Only the host can allow pets to stay in the house. Pets must always be supervised and must not disturb the neighbors. You need to bring your own utensils and dishes to feed and maintain the hygiene of your pets. Pets are not allowed to use the swimming pool, jacuzzi, shower cabin, couches and beds intended for guests. Supplement for pets is agreed directly with the host, as well as supplement for cleaning.

 

HOME SECURITY

It is not allowed to bring weapons, easily flammable and explosive substances and substances with a strong or unpleasant smell into the house. Furthermore, it is not allowed to bring electrical appliances into the house for which you have not received the consent of the host. The electricity consumption that is included in the price of the accommodation does not foresee unusual additional electrical appliances, and for any consumable found in the apartment, additional electricity costs will be charged in proportion to the consumption, regardless of whether they are used or not. This rule does not apply to electrical appliances for personal care.

We ask guests to turn off electrical appliances (except possibly one light fixture), close faucets and windows, and lock doors when leaving the house.

As stated on the official website, portals and rental agencies, two video cameras are installed on the exterior of the facade, which serve exclusively for the security of guests and property. There are no cameras inside the house. If the guest wants the security cameras to be turned off, he must ask the host to do so and sign that he has asked for them to be turned off. All cars must be parked in the yard of the house in the parking lot, not outside it or on the sidewalk. Use of the pool and other facilities at your own risk.

 

NIGHT PEACE

Noise is not desirable in the house, especially during night rest, both in the building and in the immediate surroundings (due to disturbing the neighbors): on the terrace, in the yard, in the garden, and in the weather from 22.00 to 08.00. Violation of public order and peace (uproar, disorder, noise…), allows the host to deny you a stay at your expense, as if you made that decision yourself.

In addition to appealing to the appropriate behavior of adults, we ask that you also pay attention to the behavior of children during play, especially the creation of drafts and door slamming.

BRINGING UNREGISTERED PEOPLE

Persons who are not guests of the rented accommodation are not allowed to arrive, spend the night or stay all day, or use the inventory without the host’s permission. If unregistered or unannounced persons are found, the host has every right to cancel accommodation for all guests.

 

COMPENSATION FOR DAMAGE TO THE HOST

A guest who intentionally or unintentionally commits damage or damage to the property will have to compensate the host for the full amount of the resulting damage. It is not allowed to take away furniture and appliances without a special permit. We ask for responsible behavior and handling. On the day of departure, the guest is obliged to personally invite the host to inspect the used object and household appliances in his presence to prove that he did not commit any damage. The guest is obliged to compensate for any damage on the spot. Only then does the guest have the right to leave the accommodation. All towels, robes and bed linen will be checked upon departure. All damage that was not reported upon departure will be claimed from the guest later through the courts.

 

FAILURE OF EQUIPMENT OR DEVICES

In the event of a malfunction of the equipment or devices within the accommodation unit, please notify the host immediately, and he will try to remove the malfunction as soon as possible.

 

MOVING AND REMOVING FURNITURE

It is not allowed to move furniture inside the accommodation unit, take out inventory and equipment (towels, sheets, blankets intended for the house, etc.), tables and chairs from the living room to the terrace or garden or display them sun or rain. Garden furniture used during the day must be returned to its place after use (loungers, table, chairs…).

Wellness zone – The infrared sauna must be switched off immediately after use – great risk of fire. Always cover the Jacuzzi after use!

 

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

The accommodation unit is available from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival (arrive no later than 8:00 p.m.) until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure . We kindly ask you to leave the accommodation by 10:00 a.m. on the day of your departure so that it can be cleaned and prepared for other guests who arrive after you and have the right to enter from 4:00 p.m. Staying in the apartment after 10:00 a.m. unconditionally entails the payment of another 50% of the daily price without the possibility of further stay in the accommodation unit. The keys must be returned at the end of the stay.

If the circumstances allow, the host can also allow an earlier entry or a longer stay in the facility, but all exclusively at his discretion. You are obliged to leave the object you rented in the same condition as you found it upon arrival – clean, tidy and undamaged. Thorough arrangement and cleaning of the house is done by the host at each change of guests.

 

FAILURE TO OBSERVE HOUSE RULES

A guest who does not comply with the house rules and basic rules of conduct and disturbs the peace will be unconditionally canceled accommodation without refund, all for the purpose of protecting property and preventing actions that could have consequences physical injury to guests. In case of cancellation of accommodation by the host due to violation of house rules, the guest will be charged the entire amount of the reserved period, regardless of the shorter stay.

 

SMOKING

Smoking and lighting candles are not allowed in the facility. We suggest all smokers to use the room (bar) or yard for smoking with the use of ashtrays and extreme CAUTION. Be sure to consider possible fire hazards.

 

LIGHTING THE FIRE

Fires are not allowed outside designated areas. It is allowed to make a fire in the outdoor grill. Please be especially careful when using the outdoor grill. When leaving the gazebo, make sure that the fire is out and do not leave the fireplace unattended.

 

CANCELLATION OF STAY BY THE HOST

In case of cancellation of accommodation by the host due to violation of house rules, the guest will be charged the entire amount of the reserved period, regardless of the shorter stay.

 

TERMINATION OF THE STAY BY THE GUEST

If you end your contracted stay earlier than the contracted or reserved date, you are obliged to pay for the stay as agreed and reserved.

 

TIME OF PAYMENT OF ACCOMMODATION PRICE

The price of staying in a holiday home for the entire contracted period is charged before the start of use according to the publicly displayed and valid price list, which includes: accommodation, supply of cold and hot water and electricity, maintenance temperature inside the room to a comfortable level, energy for cooking, changing bed linen and towels and small inventory, parking space, space for additional equipment according to category.

 

GETTING TO KNOW THE HOUSEHOLD RULES AND POSSIBLE DISPUTES

By starting to use the accommodation, it is understood that the guest is familiar with the house rules and agrees to the obligations and conditions highlighted here. All disputes that cannot be resolved internally with the host will be resolved through police or court intervention. All complaints are taken into account only if they are reported during the stay. We do not accept subsequent complaints. If the guest does not accept these provisions, he is obliged to leave the accommodation.

 

AT THE BEGINNING OF THE STAY IN THE HOUSE, THE GUEST ACCEPTS ALL THE CONDITIONS FROM THE “HOUSE RULES” AND “RULES OF CONDUCT IN THE HOUSE”
